Hatha Yoga - The Foundation of all Postures

60 Minutes

An excellent place to begin your yoga quest, but also great for seasoned students refining their postures. Join us to experience how postures build strength, stamina, and flexibility in the mind, body and spirit.  Focus is placed on form and alignment within the postures. This a great way to learn or refine postures that are used in Vinyasa and Hot Yoga.  There will also be a designated time in each class that students may ask questions regarding specific postures and modifications will be discussed.  Casa Yoga offers two levels of Hatha Yoga. Please note that we offer this class instructed in Spanish by Aida Heiras

Hatha Yoga 1: Basic Postures


Room condition: 80 degrees

Prepare for class:  Wear form-fitting yoga clothing that you can sweat in, bring a yoga mat, water bottle and we practice with  barefeet.

CY - Yoga Flow

60 minutes

CY - Yoga Flow, also known as Vinyasa, which is a sanskrit word that means to flow with ease and grace, is our signature style of yoga. This is an athletic form of yoga that will build strength and agility. It is a whole body workout that focuses on core strength, flexibility, agility and balance. Postures flow from one to another by using breath as a transition tool. CY VINYASA is in an intense cardio workout that is highly effective for burning calories and toxins in the body. You will leave class energized and relaxed.


CY 1: Vigorous and challenging workout designed around the basic yoga postures .

CY 2: More advanced transitions and postures built upon CY 1.

CY 1 & 2: Incorporates elements from both depending on level of majority of students in class.


Room condition:  90 degrees with 40% humidity

Prepare for class: Empty stomach (avoiding eating 2 hours before class) 

The room is hot. You must wear the appropriate clothing. See below.

Men: shirtless or tank top and shorts

Women: sports bras or tanks and leggings or shorts.

Bring a yoga mat, Mat towel, minimum of 22 oz of water or more, Barefoot.


See When Casa Yoga Vinyasa is Offered


Hot Yoga

60 minutes or 90 minutes

Open to all levels from beginners to advanced students, Hot Yoga is a challenging series of postures performed in a precise order, in a room heated to approx. 105 degrees. This 90 minute class systematically works the entire body, concentrating on the essence of every organ, bone, joint, muscle, ligament, tendon, blood vessel, nerve and gland. Incorporating strength, balance, and flexibility. Excellent for detox and weight loss.     


Room condition: 103-105 degrees with 40-45% humidity     
Prepare for class: Empty stomach (avoiding eating 2 hours before class).

Hydrate well before attending class (added mineral drops to your water is beneficial).

The room is very hot. You must wear the appropriate clothing. See below.

Men: shirtless or tank top and shorts

Women: sports bras or tanks and leggings or shorts.

Bring a yoga mat, Mat towel, minimum of 22 oz of water or more, Barefoot.

This method challenges your muscles using the fat burning format of interval training, the muscle shaping technique of isometrics, the elongating principles of dance conditioning, and the science of physical therapy to create a revolutionary new workout that quickly and safely reshapes your entire body.

Prepare for class: Fusion Socks and yoga pants (no shorts), yoga mat and water.

75 minutes 

This class begins with an intense cardio workout made up of athletic drills targeting all muscles groups to achieve lasting results. Fusion Sport is a total body workout that is designed to help you improve your performance in sports while reducing your risk of sports related injuries. Using a combination of lateral and twisting movements, this intense one-hour class will chisel and firm your arms, shoulders, legs and butt while focusing on your core - the center of your strength. This high calorie-burning cardio class will rev up your metabolism leaving you burning calories all day long. Class ends with an emphasis on rebalancing the body through yoga stretches and deep breathing.

Prepare for class: Supportive Cross Training shoes, water bottle and yoga mat.

Fusion Pilates

60 minutes

Building upon the shoulders of Joseph Pilates brilliant work, Fusion Pilates incorporates yoga, light weights, fit balls and deep stretches.

Room conditions: Cool

Prepare for class: Wear form fitting yoga clothing, a mat, hand towel, water bottle and bare feet.

Ether Element
