I’m a lover of good beats and even better vibes— I’m all about rap, house music, hip-hop, and reggaeton. I’m always curious and love diving into anything that sparks inspiration, from lifestyle and music to fashion and culture. I’m here to grow, glow, and vibe with you!

Nataly Pena

I’ve been an athlete my whole life and now coach at OrangeTheory. Wellness has become such a big part of who I am, and I’m passionate about helping others feel stronger, healthier, and more connected—on and off the mat. Let’s grow together!

Adri Espir

I’m a healthy lifestyle enthusiast. I graduated as a Nutritionist and years later became a health coach. I love dancing, music, having deep conversations and helping others achieve their truest and brightest self. I believe that moving our bodies is a way to celebrate our life and that it's another way to appreciate the temple our spirits live in.

My purpose as a coach is that every rider finishes class feeling positive, stronger, and tuned into their inner potential experienced by the class challenge.

Andrea Alegria

I am trained in rhythm riding! My classes are full of challenges which in turn makes us grow physically and mentally. The best part is we grow while having a fun class with amazing music!

Pauline Heinsohn

I’m a Master Yoga Teacher, Fusion Barre Instructor, and Ryde Coach with a strong foundation in science, which ignited my journey into health and wellness. My expertise led me to establish both a health coaching business and a body contouring practice, allowing me to merge scientific knowledge with holistic well-being. I’m also a proud member of the International Ballet Barre Fitness Association and continue to pursue additional certifications, as I know this is my true path. Teaching and practicing these disciplines has helped me discover my purpose—and I’m passionate about sharing it with others. I cherish my beautiful Casa Yoga community and the sanctuary of peace Alejandra has created for all of us.

Currently working and living in the border town I grew up in, Laredo, Texas. I took my first yoga class in 2011 but my practice was not very consistent. Around 2015 after suffering various injuries in other movement modalities I decided to incorporate more yoga and little by little it became a daily practice both on and off the mat. I came to yoga for the exercise but I stayed for the peace of mind – it's that place where I lose myself and find myself. I currently have my 200HR certification from the Authentic Movements yoga school and have been teaching at Casa Yoga since summer of 2022.
