Hot Yoga Flow brings heat, breath, and movement together to detoxify, strengthen, and awaken both body and mind. Set in a heated room (95–100°F), this class challenges you to find balance between intensity and inner calm.


You’ll flow through energizing postures that build endurance and flexibility while activating deep core awareness and breath control. The warmth allows your body to open safely, encouraging deeper movement and mental focus.


Come prepared to sweat, flow, and leave feeling empowered and renewed.

Reservation Required

All classes must be reserved in advance through the Casa Yoga app. No walk-ins at this time—this helps us keep the lobby and studio calm and clear.

Late Policy

Please be in the classroom by the scheduled start time. If you're not present at the start, your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist and marked as a no-show.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation online up to 8 hours in advance without charge.

  • Unlimited members who cancel late or do not show will incur a $12 fee.
  • Class pack holders will forfeit the class credit.
