What is Casa Yoga all about?

Casa Yoga is more than a studio—it’s a sacred space for movement, breath, and community. We offer a range of classes designed to help you connect to your body, calm your mind, and uplift your spirit.

Do I need to be experienced in yoga to attend?

Not at all! All levels are welcome. Our teachers offer modifications and encouragement so you can honor your body wherever you’re at in your practice.

Studio Policies

  1. What is your late policy?
    To preserve the integrity of the class, students will not be allowed in more than
    3 minutes after class begins.
  2. Can I use my phone in class?
    Phones must be silenced and stored away to protect the peace of the space. Content capture is only allowed with prior approval.
  3. Do you have showers and changing rooms?
    Yes, we offer clean and welcoming facilities to freshen up before or after class.
  4. What is your cancellation policy?
  • Unlimited members: Late cancellations or no-shows incur a $12 fee.
  • Class pack/drop-in holders: Late cancellations may result in loss of the session.
  • We appreciate your understanding as we aim to make space available for all who wish to attend.

Before You Arrive

What should I bring?

  • Water is essential—bring a full bottle to stay hydrated.
  • Yoga mat (some available to borrow).
  • For cycling classes, cycling shoes may be required (check the class description).

What should I wear?

Comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely and feel grounded. Grippy socks or bare feet are typically best unless otherwise noted.

When should I arrive for class?

  • First-time students: Please arrive 15 minutes early for a proper welcome and orientation.
  • Returning students: We kindly ask that you arrive on time.
  • Note our 3-minute late policy to honor the class flow and community energy.

How do I prepare for class?

  • Arrive hydrated
  • Avoid heavy meals 1–2 hours before class
  • Come with an open heart and mind

    Absolutely. Our cozy lounge invites conversation, tea, and post-class connection. This is a space where strangers become soul-family.
