In grounding classes
(Hot Yoga, Restorative Yoga).
We apply more external heat to soften the muscles, open the heart, and create a cardiovascular detox.

In dynamic classes
(Hot Pilates, Strong45, Ryde).
The fire rises from within — your body becoming its own source of power, endurance, and vitality.
The heat is elemental — it cleanses, strengthens, transforms.
It is the fire that lights the way home to yourself.

In your first few classes, you may meet resistance — honor it. In two weeks, with commitment and care, you will feel the shift:

We recommend a rhythm of at least
three classes a week to root into this new way of living and being.
