Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this class is designed to meet you where you are. We begin with simple breathing exercises to help you ground and center yourself, followed by a guided mindfulness meditation to quiet the mind.


The session starts with a brief exploration of the science behind meditation, giving you a deeper understanding of how meditation affects your brain and body. This knowledge will enrich your practice, allowing you to connect more deeply with the techniques.


Our experienced instructor will guide you through various methods—such as body scanning and visualization—to promote relaxation and inner peace. As the class progresses, we’ll gradually introduce more advanced techniques for those looking to deepen their meditation journey.

This practice will help you set a peaceful, focused tone for your day ahead. Consistently attending can enhance mental clarity, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.

Reservation Required

All classes must be reserved in advance through the Casa Yoga app. No walk-ins at this time—this helps us keep the lobby and studio calm and clear.

Late Policy

Please be in the classroom by the scheduled start time. If you're not present at the start, your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist and marked as a no-show.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation online up to 8 hours in advance without charge.

  • Unlimited members who cancel late or do not show will incur a $12 fee.
  • Class pack holders will forfeit the class credit.
