Yoga Strong is an energizing, strength-based flow designed to challenge your body and focus your mind. This all-level class combines dynamic movement, core work, and longer holds to develop muscular endurance, balance, and control.
We begin with breathwork to ground your focus, then move through powerful sequences that activate the whole body—from deep core engagement to strong standing postures and arm balances (with options for all levels).
Expect to sweat, strengthen, and stretch—all while staying deeply connected to your breath.

Reservation Required
All classes must be reserved in advance through the Casa Yoga app. No walk-ins at this time—this helps us keep the lobby and studio calm and clear.

Late Policy
Please be in the classroom by the scheduled start time. If you're not present at the start, your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist and marked as a no-show.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your reservation online up to 8 hours in advance without charge.
- Unlimited members who cancel late or do not show will incur a $12 fee.
- Class pack holders will forfeit the class credit.
