Step into Casa Yoga with Confidence

Read through our guide to feeling grounded & ready for your first class.

01

Be On Time.

We honor presence and punctuality. Please arrive early—there’s a 3-minute late policy to preserve the sacred start of class.

For your first class, please arrive 15 minutes before to settle in, meet your teacher, and receive the full Casa Yoga experience.

If something comes up, contact us at: (956) 307-9642

02

Be Considerate.

Parking is available nearby. Please allow time to arrive peacefully and be mindful of noise as you enter the space.

03

Be Conscious.

Respect shared space—your physical body in class, time in the shower, and the care of our beautiful studio.

04

Limit Technology.

To maintain a mindful environment, please silence your phone and keep it tucked away. Content capture is only permitted with prior approval.

05

Use Your Voice

Speak up for what you need. Share your authentic self. Your energy helps shape the supportive and unmatched community we cherish at Casa Yoga.
