This is an all-level class designed to help you find balance, strength, and inner peace through mindful movement and fluid, breath-driven sequences. We begin each session with a short meditation that delves into the science behind meditation, setting the foundation for a calm and focused practice.


The class then flows seamlessly between yoga, meditation, and intentional stretching to promote physical strength, mental clarity, and deep relaxation. As you move, you’ll cultivate mindfulness, release tension, and reconnect with your body and breath.

Whether you're looking to enhance flexibility, improve strength, or simply reset your mind, MindBody Flow offers a perfect balance of effort and ease. This practice is designed to meet you where you are, making it accessible to beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

Reservation Required

All classes must be reserved in advance through the Casa Yoga app. No walk-ins at this time—this helps us keep the lobby and studio calm and clear.

Late Policy

Please be in the classroom by the scheduled start time. If you're not present at the start, your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist and marked as a no-show.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation online up to 8 hours in advance without charge.

  • Unlimited members who cancel late or do not show will incur a $12 fee.
  • Class pack holders will forfeit the class credit
